We have a new vacancy available to join a Salisbury based insurance firm where you will play an important role working in the Retentions Team, helping the business develop and grow. This position will require an individual who has great customer service skills and previous experience working in a FCA regulated environment.
You will be joining a business on the up, working with like minded people in a fantastic office space with great scope to grow and further develop yourself.
Main responsibilities Include:
Building rapport with internal and external customers to establish excellent customer relations.
Managing a high volume of calls and leads relating to existing customers policies.
Regularly achieving individual and department targets.
Responding to and following up on enquiries in a timely manner.
Ensuring company service standards are always met.
Ensure workloads are completed and delivered by required deadlines.
Working in line with FCA compliance and best practice.
