We are looking to recruit a Secretary with substantial support skills to work for a local commercial business based in Salisbury. The role is to provide key support to the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
Dast and accurate copy typing
Preparing hearing bundles
Land registry and Company House searches and reporting back relaying accurate telephone messages from clients to fee earners
General office duties
Liaising with clients on behalf of the senior team
continued management of files and filing
Booking appointments, organising diaries and travel arrangements
Experience required: Certainly excellent IT skills with knowledge of digital dictation. A steady typing speed of 60+ wpm with accuracy as close to perfect as possible. A good initiative, strong literacy skills are also key.
