​We have an excellent opportunity now available to join a City Centre located business to provide key secretarial support across their busy office.

The business provides exemplary service to all of it's clients and due to the consistently high demand in services, they need to add to their existing small team.Exciting times ahead for sure.

​Your role will be to play an integral part in assisting the delivery team with client communications. The business operates in a fast paced nature so it is designed for someone who is versatile and unflappable when it comes to offering such support.

Key personal skills required:

  • Accurate, efficient typing ability

  • Well versed with administration

  • Highly organised

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to multi task

  • Previous secretarial within Legal or Medical or senior administration experience with a good typing speed

  • Competent when using MS office

Working in pleasant surroundings with positive people is a huge attraction to this post. Support and guidance on internal procedures will be given in the form of comprehensive training but this role will suit someone who enjoys all aspects of administration, specifically secretarial duties.

This is a permanent role, hours are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
