A new role for an efficient Secretary has become available available at a locally based Salisbury business within their Support team.

The primary responsibilities will include:
Taking messages on behalf of key advisors and ensuring key information is passed on accordingly
Archive documents that are part of a 'closed file'
Handle email correspondence and type letters when required
Assist with printing out of files
Provide any other administrative and secretarial support for the teams where required
Scan documents that are not handled by the central support team
We are eager to hire a candidate who considers themselves to be proactive and flexible with a positivity to work with others. Strong communication skills, excellent time management and IT skills are also key aspects of a candidate's core competencies.
