Our client are booming, they are a well-established design and manufacturing firm in Salisbury, known for delivering high-quality products and services. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and offering tailored glazing solutions.
Effectively sell and negotiate customer orders, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Coordinate sales operations, ensuring smooth processes from initial consultation to order completion.
Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of customer orders.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the glazing or construction industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Ability to manage multiple customer orders and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
