A leading and rapidly growing aerospace and technology business based near Salisbury is seeking a proactive and reliable Stores Person to join its expanding operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with stores, logistics or manufacturing experience to join an innovative organisation working on exciting, cutting-edge projects within a highly regulated industry.
Working within a friendly and collaborative environment, you’ll play a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, maintaining accurate stock control and ensuring the smooth flow of materials across the business.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Receiving, storing and issuing materials and goods
Loading and unloading vehicles
Maintaining accurate stock records using the MRP system
Picking, packing and preparing outbound shipments
Supplying materials to production teams
Coordinating deliveries and logistics providers
Supporting stock counts and inventory control
Transporting materials between company sites
Raising purchase orders for shortages and operational requirements
Liaising with procurement, production and project teams
Maintaining excellent housekeeping and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience within stores, logistics or manufacturing
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good PC literacy
Right to work in the UK
