Working with an independent award winning family business specialising in supplying to their loyal client base across the UK, we have an excellent new role for a Sales Administrator to join the business on a full time basis.
The company have been established for over thirty years and have built up an super reputation and have an enticing workspace in a beautiful rural location west of Salisbury.
The role is very much suited to a competent administrator/secretary who enjoys a busy 'to do list' working in a busy office supporting a wider team of experts who are out in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
Answering calls, passing emails on to the relevant parties
Greeting clients, customers to the office
Liaising with our warehouse team regarding deliveries and stock management
Updating the website when needed
Booking accommodation for Directors as and when required
Booking of show appointments including stands at trade shows and exhibitions
Ad-hoc ordering of stock
General office administration
We are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and experiences:
Friendly outgoing nature
Confident telephone manner
Organisational skills
Competent MS Office skills
Previous office administration experience
Team player
An interest, or love for the great outdoors, especially farming would be a huge advantage.
The role is office based and you would require your own car as it's not on the bus route. It's also imperative you are dog friendly as the chances are a couple of office regulars will take up residence under your desk.
