Join a locally based market leader in a specialist industry with a reputation for high-quality products, reliable service, and continued innovation. We're looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to become an essential administrator to support the Client Account Management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Administrative support or for someone with strong communication and IT skills looking for a new challenge within a busy environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Team Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the department team ensuring that customer enquiries, quotations, and orders are handled promptly, accurately, and with a personal touch.Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound enquiries

  • Supporting the team in preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining CRM records

  • Collaborating with operations on order lead times and dispatch details

  • Assisting with support contracts and general administrative tasks

  • Contributing to meetings and maintaining exceptional customer service throughout

What We’re Looking For

You’ll enjoy working in a team environment, and be comfortable managing several tasks at once.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good IT capability (MS Office, CRM familiarity a bonus)

  • A keen eye for detail and a "can-do" attitude

  • Self-motivation and a willingness to learn

  • Previous experience in an admin or customer service role (desirable but not essential)

What’s On Offer

  • Salary: £25,000 per year

  • Bonus: Christmas bonus dependent on company and personal performance

  • Hours: 36 hours per week, including lunchtime Friday finish.

  • Holidays: 24 days holiday + bank holidays

  • Location: Locally based office, free parking on site.
