We are recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a leading distribution company who specialise in offering a one stop shop solution for companies purchasing machining equipment.
The main purpose of the role is to demonstrate an organised approach to diary management, responding to customers questions and coordinating meetings for the Engineering experts in the field.
Main duties include:
Technical assistance to customers
Continually expanding and updating the product range
Offering customised solutions
Providing easy and efficient ordering
Diary management of the Engineering maestros
Respond to orders in a timely fashion
Maintain a customer database
Liaison with suppliers
Following up quotations
Processing visit reports updating the database with all activity
Taking calls from customers / contacting customers when required
In this role you will work as part of a small team and it's important you have the following skills & experiences to excel:
Excellent administrative and communication skills
A Sales support, Coordinator or Administrative background is ideal
Ability to multi-task
Outgoing cheerful personality
Ability to meet deadlines
