We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a family run business based near Ringwood. You will be taking responsibility for a varied accounting function which reports into their Head of Accounts, supporting them with all areas, to include:
- Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger
- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit control
- Petty cash
- VAT Returns
- Valuations / Retentions
The company use Sage accounting systems and so it would be advantageous if you have some knowledge of this package. You will have experience working within an all round accounts function and enjoy the variety a role such as this is able to offer.
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who preferably have some experience within the construction industry as it will help you understand how to process valuations and retentions.
Hours for the role are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm. An earlier finish on a Friday is a regular occurrence. Free parking on site.
