What an incredible experience I had with ReQuire Consultancy. The first conversation I had with Louise, I was on a train with the worst signal so as you can imagine, the call cut out & ended at least three times. However, she persevered and we cut straight to the main points before Louise sent over the job spec once we had established the role could appeal to me. From that moment, she thoroughly explained the role and expectations of her client and what was required from me along each step of the interviewing process as well as answering all of my questions as things progressed.
