An excellent new permanent vacancy is now available for an Accounts Assistant to join a local organisation who perform incredible work throughout the communities of the UK.
The role is full time, split across two days from the office and three working from home. You will work closely with a Line Manager who will guide and mentor you, as well as working as part of the wider Finance team.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Weekly and monthly preparation of payments
Producing weekly reports
Invoices and credits
Support with monthly card statement reconciliation
Assist with the annual audit
Additional support to the wider team as and when required
Some of the key skills and experiences you will need:
Minimum of two years experience within a financial department
Competent MS Office skills including Excel
Able to work autonomously and be a self starter
Good communication skills
Experience of Sage is an advantage
The position is permanent, offering excellent benefits including 25 days holiday, Private medical insurance and the flexibility of a hybrid working remit.
Hours are 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri.
