We are looking to hire the services of an individual who considers themselves to be great with figures and data. This role will see you supporting the Senior Management team. Working within the Management Team, the primary function of the role will be to support with all administrative duties to ensure the business is well run and equipped to maintain a high quality, efficient and compliant service.

Your Duties will be:

  • Processing Invoices and Payments

  • Completion of financial records in line with published schedule.

  • Completion of income allocation procedures in line with published schedule.

  • Provide support to the management team in all aspects of data collection, ensuring appropriate processes and support for the service delivery team.

  • Reception and front of house duties.

  • Answering telephone calls and handling appropriately.

  • Meeting and greeting external visitors, suppliers, and clients.

  • Handling all incoming and outgoing communications in a professional and timely manner

Key skills and experiences we are looking for, include:

  • 2 years’ experience in an Administration role

  • Experience working in a small management team.

  • Minimum English & Maths GCSE Grade A-C.

  • A good working knowledge of excel including pivot tables.

  • Proficient in the use of email and Internet packages.

  • Experience with accounting software and client relationship database.

This role can be Part Time or Full Time depending on the right candidate and the right experience. Full Training will be provided.
