We have a new vacancy for an Administrator to join a locally based business and support their growth plans through 2022. Our client offers a friendly personal service, assisting their customer base with distributions of their goods from their warehouse in Fordingbridge.
The role of Office Administrator is to take on responsibility for: Providing positive relations with customers and being fully committed to supporting colleagues across the business where required.
Main duties of the role:
Multi-tasking as necessary.
Connecting with existing customers.
Deliver an excellent customer experience
Add key information to the internal database (full training provided)
Support colleagues where required
Process orders and laisie with dispatch
Key skills and experiences required to succeed in this role:
Quick learner with the ability to learn about new products and services and describe/explain them to customers
Organised – setting priorities, coordinating with other members of the sales team, coping with multiple tasks
Excellent communication and people skills.
IT literacy able to process information through a database and to record key communications.
