We are recruiting for an Internal Account Manager for a well-established business whose Head Office is based in Crawley. Specialising as a leading supplier within the IT sector we are ideally looking for a candidate with some form of previous experience in a sales or an Account Management role, as this role will see you working in a fast paced environment and you will be responsible for your own clients and the relationship handling of your client base.
Key duties include:
Dealing with customers over the phone in order to grow and nurture the client base
Order process, and ensure that the client is fully updated throughout the process
Develop a broad knowledge of products, customers and suppliers in order to maintain and grow sales and client base
To progress quotations in a timely manner
To organise and follow up on customer deliveries, and queries
Skills/Experience: We are looking for candidates with great communication skills and a confident telephone manner and someone who is able to work well in a team as well as using your own initiative to work on your own client accounts.
The salary is 25-30k with a profit share scheme, there is free parking and hours are 9am – 5.45pm with an hour for lunch.
