We have a new vacancy for an After Sales Manager to join a Salisbury based firm, steeped in history, known for their product range and service excellence. The role will be accountable for managing the aftersales department & ensuring customers experience excellent service. This role will work with engineers to organise, book, complete and accurately record remedial work to new and all existing projects. The role is to ensure outstanding issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Excellent communication with clients, suppliers, contractors and our engineers are essential.
The company carry out projects of all sizes across the UK, from small to multi million pound commercial projects.
Role Key Accountabilities
Ensuring all remedial work is managed in an efficient timely manner.
Working with engineers on a daily basis to ensure work has been agreed & completed.
Maintenance of records and documents as well as introducing improvements to process flow.
Resolution of all customer issues.
Development of service improvement plans.
Working with internal departments to ensure best possible customer solutions.
Knowledge skills & experience
Computer skills – Microsoft Office suite.
Able to manage priorities and workflow.
Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, commitment to high standards.
Working with people - adapts to the team and builds team spirit communication.
Persuading and Influencing - gains clear agreement and commitment.

The role will be based at our client's headquarters in Salisbury, offering free parking on site. This posiiton is paying a healthy salary for an Account Management role over a 42 hr week.
