ReQuire Consultancy are partnering with an established South of England law firm who are known for their exceptional service to clients and collaborative culture.
We are looking for an Archivist Assistant to join our Clients Operations Team based in our Salisbury Office, on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to gain experience of working within the legal profession. The role will involve working closely with the current Archivist.
Key duties include:
Responsibility for the firm's strong room
Maintaining electronic records.
The ideal candidate does not require previous experience as full training will be provided. However, candidates must be methodical in their approach and possess excellent attention to detail skills.
This is a busy and demanding role and will require excellent organisational skills. The ability to work as part of a friendly team and deliver excellent client service at all times is also essential to this role.
This is a full time position working 9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday), it offers an excellent benefits package and free parking.
