We are working closely with a growing Shoreditch based recruitment firm who are seeking to hire a talented Associate to deliver to their international client built out of a newly formed Renewable Energy and Sustainability recruitment business.
Through partnership with both current and future companies that are leading the global transition to a more sustainable world, our client's ambition is to become an integral recruitment partner to the wider sustainable eco-system. Further to traditional recruitment services, the company plays a larger role in enabling meaningful conversations for industry leaders to discuss and debate (market insights and trends). This involvement in thought leadership enables them to provide innovative and forward-thinking solutions to hiring problems that current and future clients may not have considered yet. We are delighted to represent them in the wider market and introduce a candidate who is passionate about sustainability while proving to be an effective and clinical recruitment resourcer.
What the position entails:
Building company and candidate profiles
Identifying and approaching suitable candidates for clients utilising various recruitment tools
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a short list of qualified candidates
Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of potential roles
Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from relevant companies
