A business based just outside of the city centre are looking to hire a new Administrator for their Business team. The role offer a hybrid split working between a luxurious office space three days per week and two days WFH.
The primary role of the Business Administration role is to offer a good level of support to the Senior team as well as being on hand to offer support to a range of clients by providing key information linked to their accounts
Key responsibilities include:
To ensure all requests received are processed within specific timeframes
Support project & IT initiatives promoting automation and efficiency where appropriate
Working as part of a team
Provide key information to clients when required
Updating an internal system with all updates ensuring everything is recorded
Skills and experiences we are looking for:
Administration experience - Ability to provide and record key, correct information
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Compatibility with MS Office, comfortable using Excel, Outlook
Find it easy to pick up new systems quickly
Ability to work unsupervised at times (WFH)
Familiar with online systems, Teams as well as other portals
Experience of using an internal database to record and pull off data
Experience of working in the financial services sector is an advantage but not essential
This new vacancy will suit someone who can demonstrate excellent customer awareness whilst working within a regulated environment.
Hours are 9am - 5pm M-F. 3 days in the office, 2 WFH. Free parking on site and full home office set up available.
