We are delighted to be supporting a newly founded operation with it's current recruitment drive as we look for an experienced Property Sales executive to lead the promotion of business proposition to potential clients and win Property mandates at a stellar London location.
This is an exciting prospect to demonstrate superior Sales skills within the Property sector and develop a new brand across the Property Management market. We are looking for someone with an established Sales confidence in Property who can put their own stamp on the portfolio being built.
Key responsibilities will include:
Develop new client leads
Progress leads generated by the business
Maintain and develop strong links with developers
Work closely with a PM to develop the brand
Have assistance from a group Marketing Manager in order to promote accordingly
Build a network across the wider group
To be considered we would consider someone with the following skills, experiences:
A proven track record in Sales or Lettings to an Associate Director/Partner level preferably
Knowledge of the London property market is key
Experienced in putting together tender proposals
A self starter - someone motivated by the opportunity to develop a brand and launch an exciting product
A flexible attitude to the industry - Developer clients will mostly be Virtual meetings, however some residential clients may request meetings if possible
The role will be based remotely and dependant on restrictions we would anticipate 2 days a week approximately in the Canary Wharf office.
