Essential Skills & Experience:

GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English (minimum grade C/4).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Email.

Strong communication skills via phone, email, and in person.

Experience in building relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

A methodical approach with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
