A new full time position is now available for a competent Administrator/Secretary to join our long established client based in Salisbury. Our client are sought out by all those requiring reliable, informed property services, often working across the South of England for clients, ranging from major financial institutions and listed property companies to individual property owners. They understand each client's needs and objectives and tailor their services to achieve them. We look beyond the obvious to seek to maximise the client’s return, whether selling or letting, securing redevelopment or managing an asset.
The role of Commercial Administrator involves: Being the first point of contact for all commercial enquiries and ensuring the administrative tasks within the team are taken care of.
Key responsibilities include:
Forwarding messages around the business, corresponding with clients via email, phone.
Managing Outlook diaries for the SMT
Preparing templates, reports and files where necessary
Help maintain the efficiency of the department by managing the database
General administrative tasks, such as writing up reports, composing emails, ensuring all compliance has been completed
Experiences and skills we are looking for:
Excellent attention to detail
A passion for organising
Good communication skills
Demonstrating a professional, helpful manner to clients and the team
A competent administration background
Experience of regular MS Office use
