​We have a new role available for a competent Administrator who has ideally previously worked in and around Property, or even medical industry, to join a Property division of a local Law firm to specifically support one of the Senior team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare legal documents for property transactions, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages

  • Conduct title searches and ensure the property's ownership is clear

  • Coordinate with lenders, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction

  • Review legal documents to identify any potential issues or discrepancies

  • Ensure all necessary documentation is properly filed and recorded

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process

Experience and skills we are looking for include:

  • Proven experience in an office environment

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • An interest in Law or Property
