We have a new role now available for a Part Time Credit Memo Clerk to join our long standing client a reputable friendly firm based in Andover.
You will be dealing with queries from suppliers and will need to be inquisitive and research any claims or discounts given on any purchases.
Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount in order to ensure that the correct information processed is done correctly and in a timely manner
This would suit a candidate from a Complaints or Claims background or anyone that has experience with dealing with complex issues with clients or customers.
This role is initially a 6 month contract covering Maternity leave and could be extended. This is a growing company so other opportunities could open up to you.
Hours are 9am – 1pm Monday to Friday (Could be slightly flexible with this)
