As the Customer Care Executive, you will act as a liaison with customers providing product/services information and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer enquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction whilst building a positive relationship with customers.
Duties and responsibilities of the role:
Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically maintaining a high level of professionalism
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on customer interactions
Update customer information on the CRM during and after each call
Process all incoming requests for extras coordinating with a Operations and Sales Teams
Process cancellations and refunds due
Collect and input personal details for booking confirmation
Answer all questions and queries
Ensure that we have all details and that all required bookings have been made in line with these requirements
To ensure that all documentation is delivered to the Documentation team in line with required timings
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Key skills and experiences we are hoping to attract:
Proven customer support experience
Friendly phone manner
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
