A new permanent opportunity is now available to join a prestigious British Manufacturer of high quality products for the healthcare sector. The company have an incredible reputation in their market and are known for their excellence in service and customer engagement. Due to order growth, the business are now looking for another friendly approachable person to be on hand to deliver top of the range customer care for all clients who are placing orders, needing to amend purchases or to check in on the status of their order.
In short, the primary purpose of this role is to handle all customer enquires from start to finish and ensure the after care is followed through also.
The key attributes needed are:
Customer focused and a friendly manner
IT literate able to use CRM systems and use MS Office (Outlook & Excel)
To able to communicate both verbally and electronically with customers
A Team player who can use their initiative to support the existing team
Enjoys a busy environment and can follow company processes
This role could offer the right candidate progression, allowing you free reign to understand processes, develop them and help streamline any existing procedures that offers a positive customer experience.
You will receive in house training and support to get you up to speed with the role. This company does offer a great working environment and reward their staff for their hard work and efforts.
Hours are 8am – 4.30pm Mon to Thursday and 4pm finish on a Friday. Free Parking available
Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams you will play a pivotal part in the customer journey and they want someone who is personable, professional , someone who make a difference and support them through the order process.
