A brand new Customer Service role is now available to join a a reputable firm based in Andover. The business is looking to add to their Customer Care Team by bringing on board a Customer Advisor who can handle all general enquiries and support where necessary to their request.
Some of the key duties will include:
Handle customers enquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
Providing advice to customers on their products.
Follow company product processes.
Liaise with suppliers with regards to warranty queries and repairs.
Provide cover and support to other team members when required.
Record data.
Key skills and experiences Required:
Competent MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)
A proven track record of working in a customer focused environment.
A team player with a positive and friendly attitude.
Excellent attention to detail.
