​A brand new Customer Service role is now available to join a a reputable firm based in Andover. The business is looking to add to their Customer Care Team by bringing on board a Customer Advisor who can handle all general enquiries and support where necessary to their request.

Some of the key duties will include:

  • Handle customers enquiries in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Providing advice to customers on their products.

  • Follow company product processes. 

  • Liaise with suppliers with regards to warranty queries and repairs.

  • Provide cover and support to other team members when required.

  • Record data.

Key skills and experiences Required:

  • Competent MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)

  • A proven track record of working in a customer focused environment.

  • A team player with a positive and friendly attitude.

  • Excellent attention to detail.
