Our client are a centrally located growing business who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to play an integral part within the Customer Service Team.
You will work closely with the rest of the team and be responsible for ensuring SLA’s are consistently reached. This is an important role, with a focus on helping the Company develop and grow the business.
The position will require an individual with great customer service skills, who has experience of working in a previous telephone service based role.
Key responsibilities will include:
Building relationships with customers to establish great relations
Respond to all enquiries in a professional manner
Assist to ensure targets and performance standards are in line with company standards
Ensure each customer feels they have received a great level of service
Maintain a high quality output
Ensure you record all key information correctly
Process quotes from customers
Take ownership and document any complaints (though rare)
Some of the key skills and experiences we are looking for include:
Confident use of MS Office
Excellent attention to detail
A team player
Previous telephone experience in a customer inbound environment
Ability to prioritise workloads
Knowledge of social media is useful
