We have a new vacancy available for a document administrator to join a Quality Assurance team to take responsibility for all record keeping and document archiving.
We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and preferably has undertaken a form of 'record keeping' in a previous role.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Control the input and subsequent tracking of documents using an appropriate tracking system
To assist in the management, distribution and control of Quality Documentation
To prepare documents for addition to the archive catalogue
To perform critical Data entries correctly and with a high degree of accuracy
Provide First Line Support with completion of internal processes, answering end user (customer) queries and resolving problems
To provide training to other staff (including new starters and service end users)
General office and administrative duties to support the activities of the Administration team (scanning, room bookings,etc.)
Perform the preparation of records for storage
The above is only an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role.
We are looking for someone who has at least Maths, Science and English grade C and above at GCSE and some previous administrative experience.
A sound grip of MS office is also key as well as being a good, reliable team player.
This is a full time role, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Free parking available on site.
