We have a new role now available for an Executive Assistant to join a professional firm in Salisbury. Whilst the office is fully functional there is flexibility offering a hybrid working pattern.
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Senior Management Team to include the following duties:
Board meeting preparation, documentation collation, board minute preparation
Diary management - board meetings, internal and external meetings
Preparation of reporting documentation
Preparation of strategy session documentation and ongoing management
General meeting management
Key documentation management
Expenses and management of office related supplies
Event organisation - work closely with the wider team to organise a range of events
You will be joining a fast evolving organisation so must have a desire to develop and enhance your skills over time. You will need to demonstrate a team player ethic to work well with the wider team. The role offers 2-3 days working from home if that is what is preferred.
Key skills, experiences and attributes:
Previously worked in a professional office environment
Willing to work on a variety of tasks
Can work in PowerPoint and word formats to keep on top of presentations
Must demonstrate confidentiality
Previous experience of supporting at Board level
The role is designed to be full time but we are being flexible for the right candidate so if you are limited on hours but have all the skills it is well worth getting in touch.
