​A professional firm based in the City Centre are looking to hire a Facilities Assistant to join their team on an initial 12month contract. We are looking for a candidate who has a positive outlook who can work in a team environment and perhaps looking for their first office based position.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming mail throughout the business

  • Scanning, document binding, printing and photocopying

  • Ensuring stationary supplies

  • Preparation of meeting rooms

  • General housekeeping requirement when necessary

  • Support with administration tasks around the business

This is an excellent entry role for a candidate who would like the opportunity to work in a commercial environment and gain some valuable experience.
