A professional firm based in the City Centre are looking to hire a Facilities Assistant to join their team on an initial 12month contract. We are looking for a candidate who has a positive outlook who can work in a team environment and perhaps looking for their first office based position.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Handling incoming mail throughout the business
Scanning, document binding, printing and photocopying
Ensuring stationary supplies
Preparation of meeting rooms
General housekeeping requirement when necessary
Support with administration tasks around the business
This is an excellent entry role for a candidate who would like the opportunity to work in a commercial environment and gain some valuable experience.
