A lovely new vacancy has become available to start in the new year which is designed for a welcoming, professional receptionist to take ownership of a front of house space and deliver exemplary customer care to all who make contact with our client.
As with all reception posts, this is an important role within any company. You are always the first person any potential customer will see or hear from when they make contact so it's important that you understand the value in delivering good old fashioned customer service.
A responsible role, you will be tasked with the following key duties:
Meet & greet clients
Book meetings into online diaries
Scan post, key documentation
Take ownership of post for the wider business
Organising company stationary
Preparing conference calls and meeting rooms
General administration
Answering emails
Filtering calls to relevant contacts within the business
About you: We are looking for a good communicator who can engage with customers and colleagues of all levels alike. A positive personality is a must as is a professional telephone manner. Good IT skills and of course, attention to detail.
This is a permanent role and we would welcome applications from candidates who perhaps have at one time been working in a more senior or people management role and who are now looking to enjoy their next role and not take their work home with them.
You will be joining a professional organisation who demonstrate a strong caring nature for all of their staff.
Hours for the role are 8:45am - 4:45pm M-F, based in Salisbury.
