An exciting new role is now available for a training coordinator to join up with a HR team and help in all aspects of the recruitment and new training principles. The role is based in Salisbury, we can be flexible in 3 or 4 days and there is the occasional option to work from home in this role, not that you'd want to however, as the HR team you would be joining are a fabulous group of people to work with.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking responsibility of the recruitment and selection process for all staff, ensuring recruitment and selection practices comply with employment law, promotes equal opportunities and attracts the right skills

  • Liaise with external bodies regarding recruitment

  • Production of recruitment paperwork

  • Manage applicant tracking and onboarding software

  • Organise in house training

  • Maintaining training records for new staff

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has experience in HR, recruitment OR training of any kind. The successful candidate will need to be passionate about working with people and demonstrate they have the communication quality needed to work with many different people as well as exceptional organisational skills.

The role is three or four days per week and is initially a 6 month FTC
