We have a new vacancy available to join a Salisbury based insurance firm where you will play an important role working closely with the team, helping the business develop and grow. This position will require an individual who has great customer service skills and previous experience working in a FCA regulated environment.
You will be joining a business on the up, working with like minded people in a fantastic office space with great scope to grow and further develop yourself.
Main responsibilities Include:
Building rapport with internal and external customers to establish excellent customer relations.
Respond to all written and phone enquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
Assist to ensure targets and performance standards are consistently achieved in line with corporate, and regulatory requirements.
Ensuring company service standards are met at all times
Previous experience of working in a contact centre customer focused environment
Willingness to take on a variety of tasks
