We have an excellent opportunity to join a family-owned and oriented manufacturer of niche furniture for customers based here in the UK. The business are in an exciting growth phase and wish to offer this unique opportunity to someone who has recently studied Interior Design, or perhaps looking to pick up on their passion for what is currently a hobby? Either way, you will be working with some talented Designers and craftsmen to gain deep understanding of the industry and build your portfolio.
Key Skills:
Background in textiles or interior design - that can be a recent Degree or from a previous role or hobby
Knowledge of fabric, mood boarding, and furniture development
Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, InDesign, CAD/Vectorworks, Microsoft Office) is helpful

The role is based at our client's impressive offices in Salisbury. You have your own workstation set up with the existing design team and the role will also involve the occasion site visit for research on client work. Hours: 8am - 16:30pm Mon-Fri.
