Our client are looking to add an Invoicing Analyst to their Customer Service Division. The role is a crucial position within the department and will mean you are responsible for sending out accurate invoices and documentation in a timely fashion to their customer portfolio. As communications develop relating to the invoices you will be the first point of contact for all customers so it is imperative you have a fantastic service quality as well as a keen eye for detail.
This role will suit someone who has an analytical approach who is used to working to deadlines and who can demonstrate efficiency when time managing especially during busy times.
Some of the primary responsibilities of this role include:
Handling all day to day invoicing activities
Manage the processing of invoices and data analysis
Support a management team where required
Report to a Senior management team, able to provide reports and analysis when required
