Management Accountant – Hybrid working pattern

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Preparing monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and financial commentary.

  • Leading the audit process for your business unit, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

  • Mentoring junior finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and high performance.

  • Monitoring spend against budget, investigating variances, and implementing cost control measures.

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial operations.

  • Ensuring rigorous financial controls are maintained at all times.

  • Supporting group consolidation, ensuring timely and consistent reporting.

  • Undertaking ad hoc financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong financial acumen

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, comfortable working with and analysing large datasets

  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to quality and accuracy

  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid role, with at least two days per week in the office
