We have a new position now available for an Office Administrator to join a locally based business who supply to their global customer base through manufacturing and application engineering operations. You will be joining an exciting business who's offices in Salisbury is seen as the hub of all key activity with most of their key clients based in Europe and Asia. As Office Administrator, you will work in a small team playing a key role in the day to day office and administration function, gaining exposure to many areas of the business.
About the role: Key duties will include:
Processing customer orders and schedules
Sending out correspondence
Ensuring all customer requirements are met
Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
Regularly check on status for orders made
Update colleagues with information as and when required
Record production data
To be successful we are looking for candidates who consider themselves:
Proficient in MS Office
Ability to work in a small team
Ability to follow instruction and to carry out effectively
Forward thinking, demonstrate initiative
Have a positive work ethic
Good communication skills
Hours for the role: Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm (Friday's are working from home)
