We are recruiting on behalf of a market leading design and manufacturing specialist ​who are known for their creation of innovative and efficient products that fulfill the need of their customers each and every time.

Based in the Salisbury area, the company offers a fantastic location to work and some equally appealing benefits such as 32 days annual leave, free parking, flexi time and early finishes.

The purpose of the role is to offer trusted support to the general running of the office function and ensure all staff activity is logged and recorded.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Assisting Management with key admin support duties

  • Logging and tracking all key staff activity

  • Updating spreadsheets

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders

  • General admin activity supporting various projects

Key skills we are looking for in this role:

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Confident using MS Office, in particular Excel

  • Following certain processes as well as creating new ones when asked of requested

  • To be accountable for good housekeeping of all admin activity
