​​Here is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking for a stable permanent full time role working in a Professional Services environment supporting a Senior team with various Secretarial duties.

The role is based locally in the heart of our City Centre, working as part of a team across the hours of 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri.

Our client is a business that offers exemplary service to their clients and simply due to the consistently high demand in services, they are now looking at adding a capable Secretary or superior Administrator to their existing small team.

The business operates in a fast paced nature so it is designed for someone who is versatile and unflappable when it comes to offering such support.

Key personal skills required:

  • Accurate, efficient typing ability

  • Well versed with administration

  • Highly organised

  • Good communication skills

  • Ability to multi task

  • Previous secretarial within Legal or Medical or senior administration experience with a good typing speed

  • Competent when using MS office

Working in pleasant surroundings with positive people is a huge attraction to this post. Support and guidance on internal procedures will be given in the form of comprehensive training but this role will suit someone who enjoys all aspects of administration, specifically secretarial duties.
