The main duties of the role will be to: Position yourself in an effective way and contribute to various functions within the Operations Division by supporting and assisting on projects and deadlines where required.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting with sales order processes and ensuring each individual quote is handled accurately
Oversee vested stock levels within the business and keep records up to date and on track
Adapt to support and work with various team leaders to help hit deadlines where required
Follow a proven process and structure but have the confidence to suggest effective ways to help the business work in a more effective way
General administration duties, updating and preparing spreadsheets for internal stakeholders
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
A keen eye for detail
Strong administration skills
Proven user of Excel in particular
Versatile and able to work across multi functions within an Operations team
Good communication skills
To be a responsible go to person in the absence of an Operations Manager
