A fantastic opening for an excellent Customer Service Advisor to join a growing Outbound team in one of Andover's fastest growing companies. A unique opportunity which is offering a healthy salary as well as impressive benefits including 38 days holiday per year!

This is an opportunity we are looking to fulfil over the coming weeks as the business continues to scale up. Due to their incredible onboarding and training we have staggered start dates planned so even if you have a notice period to offer, we can find the right time for you to join the business.

The main purpose of the role would be to: To return calls to customers who have recently enquired through various marketing channels about the various plans the company offer. Achieve department conversion targets whilst delivering excellent customer service.

You would look to progress the customer care to the next stage of the process and of course all calls would adhere to FCA regulations - standard practice for the industry. All calls will be auto logged and key information recorded so attention to detail and accuracy are key when handling each call. There calls are quite details so we would expect no more than 30-40 calls per day.

Another important priority task of the role is to act as a Brand Ambassador for the Company, ensuring that all activity undertaken reflects the company in a positive way and delivers exemplary Customer Service.

Key skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Communication – Possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience.

  • Be a very good listener and understand their requirement in full detail

  • Be results driven with ability to achieve work towards KPI’s set on production, quality and customer service skills

  • Strong telephone call handling experience (preferred minimum of 1 year)

  • Act in a manner that ensures the Customer receives a positive experience

  • Showcasing the ability to handle a variety of calls professionally and accurately

  • Delivering excellent Customer Service

  • Working in accordance with detailed procedures

  • Able to solve problems and identify process improvement

  • Work with flexibility as part of a team.

  • Confidently overcome the callers objectives

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills at all levels

  • Resilient with a real desire for success and helping others

  • Can-do attitude, self-motivated

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
