About the Role:
We’re recruiting for an Operations Planning Coordinator to join a forward-thinking design and manufacturing firm specialising in innovative solutions for durable and robust environments. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual to coordinate production activities, support capacity planning, and manage operational schedules in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and maintain accurate production schedules to meet capacity planning requirements. 
- Provide administrative support for production-related tasks, ensuring all records and systems are up to date. 
- Communicate with internal teams, including production, design, and sales, to ensure seamless workflow and resolve scheduling conflicts. 
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with procurement to maintain material availability. 
- Assist in improving operational processes and developing more efficient planning systems. 
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate across teams and keep processes running smoothly. 
- Highly Organized: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Quick learner, adaptable, and keen to enhance processes. 
- Experience: Ideally some background in manufacturing or production-related admin roles.
