We are looking for an Product Content Coordinator, someone who prides themselves on their incredible attention to detail and ability to accurately record information to join a local company which has over 30 years of manufacturing history and who provide their customers with a unique range of services. The company has a reputation for quality and are known for exceeding the expectations for each one off project.
The purpose of the role will be to: support a Product Manager with the creation and curation of the company's product range and online presence, which would include photography, management of product data/media and involvement in product related IT projects.
Prior experience in a similar role and/or relevant qualifications.
Strong computer software skills.
Fully conversant with Adobe Creative Suite & MS Office.
Good organisational and administration skills.
To support the Product Catalogue manager/IT director in updating and managing the business management system and website (via CMS) and cloud data storage. Product content includes:
Create product specifications
Include pricing and manufacturing information
Classification of artwork, product photography and information to ensure that it is current
Maintaining product data on the company’s internal ERP system and WordPress website
Product photography of standard and bespoke items with occasional on-site photography
Classification of photography taken to enable clear identification and ease of access
Support the Project Team as necessary
