An exciting new opportunity is now available for a Production Technician to join a locally based company who are forerunners of scaled production and design for the manufacture of components used in the mass transportation and defence sectors.

They are proven manufacturers of components at an industrial scale and are now positioned as market leaders in sustainable syntheses across their client's sectors.
Main duties of a Production Specialist:
Materials processing and fabrication
Following a strict quality process to ensure that the products are delivered to the highest standard
Complete all production and quality documentation correctly without deviation to ensure product and task traceability
Keeping work space organised and clean
Comply with health and safety requirements, adhering to policies always working in a manner that safeguards co-workers
Operating to the appropriate standard required
In terms of personal skills, experiences and general traits required:
Ability to learn new processes quickly
Good attention to detail
Enjoy working with their hands
Experience of working in fabrication or manufacturing is an advantage to have
An interest or understanding of basic engineering is important
Capable of using MS Office, for data logging and record keeping
The role is Monday - Friday, full time hours, you would also need your own transport.
