​An exciting new vacancy is now available for a talented Project Coordinator to join our client, a Marketing PR firm based in the heart of Salisbury. Our client are an award winning organisation who are making great strides within the sector they specialise in. Purpose of the role: will be to provide project and administrative support for a range of clients and to support the Directors with various Operational activity.

The role would very much suit a recent Graduate, someone who has strong MS Office skills who is also open to learning new software. If you are looking to work for an organisation who values diversity and innovation then this is certainly a role to apply for.

Key responsibilities:

  • Undertake support activities and timely execution of projects including liaising with clients

    Assisting with project planning

  • Booking client meetings, arranging travel and logistics for the Senior team

  • Liaise with project teams updating timelines with clients as required

  • Working in a coherent manner

  • Research and organise venues, accommodation for meetings and events

  • Produce a range of documents including correspondence, proposals, reports, presentations in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Provide general administrative support

  • Offer your hand to blog or write content relating to current matters

  • Research new softwares that may prove useful

  • Source royalty free images

  • Create graphics/images

  • Other duties at the discretion of the Operations Director.
