​​An excellent opportunity is now available for an aspiring recent Graduate to join a locally based marketing agency joining a talented team who develop inspirational ideas that create sustained and positive change for their client base.

The company play a key role in improving the PR, brand awareness and communications for their client base. You will be working with some inspiring, like minded individuals and will always be challenged to continually improve your development.

The primary function of the role: To provide project and administrative support for a range of client projects and support the senior team with general office and diary management.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Support Project Managers with various tasks relating to key aspects of each individual project you handle. including liaising with clients

  • Assist with the project planning and execution of client meetings including travel and logistics

  • Perform quality control checks on documents and presentations generated by colleagues (internal and external) to ensure consistency and accuracy of style, content, format, spelling, punctuation, and grammar

  • Liaise with associates and suppliers as per project requirements

  • Produce a range of documents, including general correspondence, proposals, reports, schedules, presentations in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Learn, absorb, understand and implement the company ethos, processes, procedures and systems

  • Research various aspects of each individual project

Skills and experiences we are looking for in a candidate:

  • Effective communication skills are a MUST

  • Confident user of MS Office, in particular PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

  • The ability to take instruction, use initiative to research and answer questions

  • Enthused by making a difference to our client's customer base

  • A Will to work with like minded people

  • A recent Degree is deemed an advantage

  • Strong grasp of the English language, written and verbal communications

The role is full time, based at the offices in Salisbury with some flexibility around working from home. Our client do operate a flexible working pattern but for the purposes of embedding yourself into the role and culture the first few months will certainly be required to be office based.
