We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager to work with a specialist Property Management company based in Salisbury. In this role, you will be responsible for the day to day management of a property portfolio within a certain area of the UK, including maintenance projects, monitoring expenditure and supporting with setting budgets annually.
Instruct and monitor the performance of contractors carrying out repairs
Check and approve invoices from contractors
Carry out regular site visits to properties and attend regular AGM meetings with owners
Manage the performance of cleaners, grounds maintenance and works carried out by contractors
Dealing with enquiries and complaints
Agree Year-End accounts and deal with any enquiries
To be successful in this role we are looking for candidates who have three or more years’ experience of managing a portfolio of residential properties. You will become the 'go to' Property Manager for a bulk of properties based in the South West, and you will have an Assistant to support you with this portfolio.
We are looking for someone who is willing to continually learn and develop - this company will put you through regular training and also qualifications. You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle as site visits are part of this role.
