The primary purpose of the Property Portfolio Assistant is to: Support the Senior team with the efficient process of various works applications ensuring all necessary due diligence is completed before the the case is moved to the next stage of the process.
Key responsibilities include:
File opening, case handling
Complete necessary due diligence checks
Send out correspondence to clients and third parties
Demonstrate Property/Legal knowledge (following full training)
Be responsible for all 'front end' service levels
Key skills and experiences we are looking for:
2+ years experience working in a property related role
A competent typist
Excellent attention to detail, highly organised
Team player approach
Competent MS Office skills
Courteous, friendly engagement skills

The role is full time 9am-5pm M-F based in Salisbury.
