We have a new opportunity available due to growth within our client's operation, for a Renewals Agent to join a new division within an emergent financial services firm based in Salisbury. Working under the leadership of some industry experts this is an exciting opportunity to develop and progress within a niche team.
Our client have a reputation for progressing staff with their tried and tested development programme, which will of course prove to be a huge advantage to you as you help build the department.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls from existing policy holders and negotiating their renewal of each policy
Responding in a timely fashion to all enquires by contacting key customers
Objection handling with customers who have intentions of cancelling their policies
Working within an FCA regulated environment and acting in accordance to guidelines
Skills & experiences we are looking for:
Ideally at least 12 months direct experience within an Insurance environment, preferably retentions/renewals
Have a positive nature, clearly enjoy communicating with people
Have an appetite to achieve. Our client offers an uncapped commission structure - therefore giving you the opportunity to maximise your success
Excited by the prospect of joining a forward thinking organisation who will give you the tools to succeed
The role will provide you with initial training to set you up to thrive in the role but once you have gone through that your working hours will be 11am - 7pm Mon-Fri.
